Certificates from the Summer 2022 Exams

Certificates for the June 2022 exams will be despatched to the College from the exam Boards in November and will be issued to students at the annual Presentation Evenings organised by the respective year group teams.  (Further details regarding these events will be provided by the respective Heads of Year nearer the time.)

Certificates for any students who are unable to attend the presentation evening MUST BE COLLECTED FROM THE COLLEGE.  THEY WILL NOT BE POSTED OUT.  Please contact the Exams Office (exams@uckfield.college) to arrange a date and time during normal College hours on which to collect your certificates.

Please note that, in accordance with exam Board requirements, certificates will only be retained by the College for a set period of time and will be destroyed after one year from receipt if not collected and students will need to seek replacements from the exam Board(s) at their own cost.

You must bring proof of ID to collect certificates.  If any person other than the student themselves is to be designated to collect certificates, the Exams Office must receive authorisation (in writing or via exams@uckfield.college), in advance, from the student concerned in which they nominate the person who will be collecting them on their behalf.  The person collecting will also need to show photo ID (i.e. either a driving licence photo card or passport) when coming in to pick up certificates.

Certificates from the Summer 2020 and Summer 2021 Exams

You must make arrangements with the Exams Office (exams@uckfield.college) to collect your certificates - CERTIFICATES WILL NOT BE POSTED OUT.  Any certificates from the summer 2020 and summer 2021 exams that remain uncollected by 31st December 2022 will be destroyed in accordance with exam Board requirements and the student will be responsible for obtaining replacements and for the cost of doing so.  Please note that a form of photo ID (e.g. driving licence or passport) will need to be presented when certificates are collected.  Please be aware that certificates are legal documents and they will not be issued without the correct documentation.
