Exams Information

Summer 2022 Exams:

Formal written exams have been scheduled by the JCQ to run between 16th May and 28th June 2022

The JCQ National Exams Contingency Day is 28th June and all candidates are expected to be available to sit exams on this day in the event of a national or regional emergency having prevented an exam in the summer series being sat on its originally timetabled day.

Our students have been issued with their timetables for the summer exams and these can also be viewed by students and their parents/carers on Edulink.

Further information regarding arrangements for the summer exams will be issued nearer the time but all students are required to read the JCQ documents in the "Information To Be Read By All Students" section below.

Please note that we are unable to issue results over the telephone or by email but students unable to attend will be able to view their results via Edulink from 2pm on the relevant afternoon.  If students wish to nominate someone to collect their results on their behalf, they will need to email the Exams Office (exams@uckfield.college) with details by no later than Friday 6th August.  The person who is nominated will need to provide a photo ID (e.g. driving licence or passport) when collecting the results.

Certificates from the Summer 2020 and Summer 2021 Exams

You must make arrangements with the Exams Office (exams@uckfield.college) to collect your certificates - CERTIFICATES WILL NOT BE POSTED OUT.  Any certificates from the summer 2020 and summer 2021 exams that remain uncollected by 31st December 2022 will be destroyed in accordance with exam Board requirements and the student will be responsible for obtaining replacements and for the cost of doing so.  Please note that a form of photo ID (e.g. driving licence or passport) will need to be presented when certificates are collected.  Please be aware that certificates are legal documents and they will not be issued without the correct documentation.
