The Arbor Parent Portal and App is our primary platform for parents and carers. It gives you quick and easy access to your child’s timetable, school reports, achievement and behaviour data, and much more.
It is also the ONLY way in which you should report your child’s absence to us (via the in-app messaging feature) and check the contact information we hold for you remains accurate and up to date.

Arbor Guide: Getting started and logging in
To access the Uckfield College Arbor Parent Portal, click the logo below or download the "Arbor" app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
How to log in:
- Please log into Arbor using the email address that the college has on file for you.
- First-time users: Click "Forgot your password?" on the login page and follow the instructions to set your password.
- Mobile App: When using the app for the first time, simply search for "Uckfield College" when prompted.
- Reporting Absences: Please use the In-app Messaging section within the Arbor app to notify us of any student absences.
