Uckfield College is a highly successful and popular comprehensive school serving students between the ages of 11 and 18. We have a student community of approximately 1750 students, including more than 400 in our thriving, high achieving sixth form.
We are situated in the heart of rural Sussex within easy commuting distance of Brighton, Eastbourne, Tunbridge Wells and the South Coast. We have an excellent working environment characterised by happy, well-motivated students and innovative and enthusiastic staff. As you walk into our College, you will find a vibrant learning community where our students are drawn in and engaged by the energy and enthusiasm of our staff and the passion they have for their subject. Our students are both helpful and polite and they are very engaged with their learning and wider college life.
We boast specialist provision, teachers and facilities for Computing, Engineering, Design Technology, Science, Food and Nutrition, PE, Dance, Drama, Art and Textiles and so we are able to provide a very broad curriculum and diverse curriculum pathways suited to the needs of all students.
